Club Med Sandpiper - Excursions
Aquatic fun park
(1 day) Small coastal road to Demre, where you will catch a boat to visit the ruins of ancient Simena perched above a charming village.
Inside the fort, the walls of which still stand, you will see a theatre hewn from the rock, the ruins of several temples and thermal baths as well as Lycian sarcophagi and tombs.
After lunch, visit to the church of Saint Nicholas, many centuries ago, St Paul made a stop here on his way to Rome.
One day which fuses a richness of natural and cultural wealth.
Epcot Center
(1 day) Amusement park in Florida.
Excursion on the Craig Cat
(1hr 30mins) The Craig Cat is a completely power-driven boat (that look like two windsurfing boards).
Under the direction of an experienced guide, you will sail gently through the river waters. Along the route (approximately 30 km), photograph manatees, exotic winged birds as well as a magnificent horizon. Cross the St Lucia River for a duration of one hour and a half.
Fun Boat
(30 mins) Every boat is equipped with a water pistol and propelled by a 12-volt engine. Ideal for a fun between friends and enemies without distinction!
Garden's Shopping Mall
(1/2 day) A shopper's paradise covering 120 000 m2. Saks Fifth avenue, Bloomingdales, Macy's and Nordstroms are just some of the shops you can find in this unique shopping centre, a favorite with Club Med customers.
Kennedy Space Centre
(1 day) Visit the Apollo Centre and admire the Saturn V rocket. Attend a spectacular projection on IMAX screen (40 minutes). Guided bus tour around the walls surrounding NASA. Take photos of a model of the life-sized space shuttle. New
Nature excursion by kayak
(2 hours) Navigate peacefully along the St Lucia river in a kayak.
All the complex and fascinating aspects of nature are told to you during your walk by your own personal guide.
Pedalo
(à la carte) The soothing sounds of the water are strongly felt aboard a pedal boat. Peacefully absorb the entire landscape and the sounds of Club Med by gently navigating your own private boat. The boat's 12-volt engine helps you navigate through the light breezes of Sandpiper.
Seaworld
(1 day) Seaworld is one of the biggest and most beautiful sea parks in the world. You will discover Shamu, the star killer whale of the magnificent show along with your favorite sea mammals.
Snorekelling and beach excursoin
(à la carte) Explore the ocean borders and observe the magnificence of nature with a snorkel. Beach excursion to Peanut Island. Island tour. Bridges and platforms carefully constructed by craftsmen, allowing for the discreet observation of manatees and the other wild species of the maritime world. Along the way, an artificial lagoon for snorkelling awaits those who are in search of an up-close and personal observation of the inhabitans of the big blue ocean.
Stuart Historic Centre
(3 hours) For a few hours become a resident of one of the most charming districts of Treasure Coast. On the banks of the St Lucia River, this picturesque place makes everyone happy.
The Everglades of Chief Billy
(1 day) More than 800 hectares of untouched wilds extending into the Big Cypress reserve. Embark on a swamp buggy and follow the trails of Sam Jones.
During your visit, admire deer, wild pigs, alligators and buffaloes. You will perhaps prefer to cross the Everglades in a pirogue to visit the camp recreated at Seminole while discovering its fascinating culture. Or you can always spend two hours crossing the mangrove swamp on board a hydrofoil traveling amongst the crocodiles.
Trip on the St Lucia river
(1 hour) The St Lucie River will surprise you.
Bring family and friends to the Mangrove swamps! Explore the local flora and fauna along the river.
Pass the spot where the film "Moonraker" with James Bond was filmed.

Driving directions from West Palm Beach: 1-95 N to exit 101 (Route 76 Indiantown). Turn right (east) onto Route 76, drive 5 miles. Turn left (north) onto US 1, drive 5 miles. Turn left (west) at traffic light onto Westmoreland Blvd. Drive to 3rd traffic circle and take 3rd right onto Pine Valley Road. Follow to Club Med village

Passport, Visa & Vaccination Requirements
Please check to see if a passport or visa is required before leaving the country. Now when travelling outside of the United States including Mexico and the Caribbean a passport is neccessary. Check requirements at http://www.travel.state.gov/ .
A passport is required by many countries upon entry to their country. Also, a document indicating proof of citizenship is always required to re-enter the United States. In some instances (Mexico, Canada, etc.), a valid driver's license and a birth certificate will suffice as the proof of citizenship; however, as indicated many countries require a passport to gain entry to their country and the United States State Department "recommends" a passport as evidence of citizenship in ALL cases.

Vaccinations
Be sure that you and your family are up to date on your routine vaccinations before travelling. These vaccines are necessary for protection from diseases that are still common in many parts of the world even though they rarely occur in the United States. If you are not sure which vaccinations are routine, look at the schedules at www.cdc.gov/travel. A list of travel clinics is also provided by the International Society of Travel Medicine at their website: www.istm.org.
Customs
When you come back, you will need to declare everything you brought back that you did not take with you when you left the United States. If you are traveling by air or sea, you may be asked to fill out a CBP declaration form. This form is almost always provided by the airline or cruise ship. You will probably find it easier and faster to fill out your declaration form and clear CBP if you do the following:
• Keep your sales slips
• Try to pack the things you’ll need to declare separately
• Read the signs in the arrival area
